My Granddaughter has convinced me that it is a good idea to Zipslide across the river Clyde in Glasgow at nearly 80 years old! We are doing this to raise money for Alzheimer Scotland, an amazing charity that supports people suffering from dementia and their families. As someone who has supported a family member through their suffering, I know how important the charities work is. This year 225,000 people will be diagnosed with the incurable disease.
