In December, our much-hoped for Baby Girl was stillborn at 27 weeks. The months since have been incredibly tough, managing our own grief and trying to guide Lily through hers as well. Losing a baby makes no sense to adults, so for a sweet and delighted 7yo to be told her baby sister has died.... Sands has resources to help with this, as well as so much more to help families through very dark times.

I haven't run properly in years, so I decided to start the Couch to 5k, and walk as much as I could in addition to this, in order to cover 26.2 miles in April, doing My Marathon My Way.
