Hi, 25 years in the catering game and even though I still can’t put my hand in a tandoori oven when trying to making naan bread, I have decided to jump in feet first instead!

Today I decided to take up the challenge of becoming a Firewalker and to walk over hot coals next week to raise money for Acorns Children's Hospice.

I was truly humbled about the great work that this amazing charity does so much so that I want to help Acorns raise awareness and help them raise funds!

Please support me and help Acorns to continue to provide care, support, fun and laughter for children with life limiting or life threatening conditions.
