I have signed up to walk 100km from Richmond, London all the way to Brighton on the last weekend of May 2023! This will be done all in one go and will likely take around 30 hours (without any sleep). It should be a really great challenge and I am taking part with my cousin, who encouraged me to sign up! 

I have chosen to walk for Prostate Cancer UK, as sadly my dad died from this illness a few years ago, in 2019. The charity is very close to my heart and all donations go directly to them. This is the most common cancer in men and every 45 minutes one man dies from prostate cancer. The charity does really amazing things, and one of the main goals they have is raise awareness, resulting in getting men diagnosed early enough for successful remission. 

Any donation is gratefully received, from a couple of quid to anything larger! I really appreciate the support. I will make sure to update everyone of the training as it goes!
