I'm running/walking half a marathon on the 2nd of  March to raise money for the Wales Air Ambulance. Mared was tragically killed near Machynlleth after being involoved in a horrific car accident in December as a tribute to her many of her family and friends have decided to run a half a marathon.  Please show your support for this fantastic cause to remember Mared Elfyn our fantastic daughter/sister and a friend to all.

Please give generously the Wales Air Ambularnce relies entirely on donations to keep its three helicopters flying and this donation will help to continue the lifesaving work the crews do every day for the people of Wales. Nobody ever knows when they might need this service it’s saved countless lives.
