The Williams Syndrome Foundation was formed in 1980 and is run by parents for parents of children with this rare condition which causes heart and kidney problems and learning difficulties. It desperately needs funds to finance its ambitious research and family support programmes which include national conventions and regional meetings.

Story

Hi Myself and a few friends (50) and other Mothers of children with Williams Syndrome are attempting to cycle/walk around the Isle of Cumbrae on 26 March 2011.

Although we are hoping to have great FUN on the day.At the heart of our drive is the serious matter of raising funds and awareness for Williams Syndrome.

My Daughter Robyn (18) who has the condition will be taking part in the cycle. This is a big challenge for her considering we were told she would NEVER ride a bike !

We are aware these are very difficult times and appreciate your donation.
