I'm jumping out of a plane to raise money for Alzheimer's Society, who provide support to people living with dementia by making welfare calls to ensure they have access to food and water etc. The society also aims to combat lonliness and has volunteers make 'companion calls' to people with dementia. They also have a support line for family, friends, and carers of loved ones with dementia to help and guide them through the tough time.
