Seven and a half years ago I was born almost 15 weeks early and weighing only 1lb 13oz.  I lived in the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) at the RVI for 11 weeks - much of that time in an incubator on oxygen. 

Tiny Lives means so much to us. It's been a little while since we last raised some much needed funds for them. If it wasn't for this charity and the very special work the staff on the unit do day in day out I very much doubt our lives would be as wonderful as they are now.

My daddy is running a 24hr solo endurance race starting at 1000 on 30th June in Burnley, called Trailblaster by Cannonball events. The aim is for him to cover as much distance as possible around a 5km lap in 24hr. I think it will make his body ache quite a bit as he is quite old, but any support you could give to him by making a donation to this fabulous charity would be much appreciated.
