Lauren's 30 + Exercise Challenge

As everyone who knows me, knows I am not the first to be on the exercise train nor am I the first to grab an apple over a chocolate bar. This week is Mental Health Awareness week and in support of my friends and family that have required the use of this service to support their mental health I have decided to take on the 30 minute plus challenge, this involves me doing any exercise for 30 minutes + a day everyday for the next week. I will be doing everything from Riding a bike, walking, Yoga, Carnival Fitness to Baking. I will be tracking it and keeping you all up to date on my coming week. I have started the week with a 7k Bike ride lasting 37 Minutes. I hope you can all spare a pound to the cause to help me hit my target of £150.00!
