(Arthritis Research Campaign)


"Make Music Live" came about several years ago and was supported by Gordon Giltrap and many more musicians, although the project ceased, as such, many musician carried on to raise money for a cause that is near to many of us, if not resident!

As long as the suffering continues, so will the music.....

Via this site it is hoped to promote music events for ARC, encourage musicians to support events, to give their talents and to gather together like minded people throughout the world.

Many Musician out there already suffer from Arthritis, and know how true the comment by Gordon is that "It can take your life without killing you" sadly many more will join us and suffer along side us, hopefully with the funds to help further research the number of new sufferers will decrease as the years go on..

You can help.

This site is not just aimed at one genre of Music or even one section of the entertainment industry, there is room for all to help, venues can organise events or donate their facilities, Agents can arrange events, Publicity departments can promote Music for ARC, Record Producers working alongside Artistes could produce a CD for ARC, Dancers, Jugglers, Magicians, Soundmen, Radio Stations, Festival Organisers all can help - look around you first at your friends and colleagues in the Industry, then at your audiences, fan clubs and followers, so many are suffering from Arthritis, and we can help so easily by simply doing what we do and working together.

I'm sure ideas for fund raising are already running through your heads, lets get them into motion, there's lots of caring people both on MySpace and elsewhere who I'm sure will gather and bring these ideas to fruition.
