Supporting the Neonatal Unit at St George's Hospital

Lynne Mendoza is raising money for First Touch
In memory of Malcolm Mendoza
Donations cannot currently be made to this page
First Touch supports sick and premature babies cared for at St George’s neonatal unit in SW London. We fund state-of-the-art equipment and specialist staff training which are outside of the scope of NHS budgets, as well as a range of initiatives to support families during their stay on the unit.

Story

Malcolm didn't really much like flowers, so we've set this page up so that you can make a donation in his memory instead, if that's what you would like to do.

First Touch is the name for the fundraising arm of the Neonatal Unit at St George's Hospital in Tooting.  Many of you will know that Miles and Lynne's twins, Felix and Charlie, were cared for there after their premature birth in 1999.  Unfortunately, they didn't survive, but the outstanding care that they and all the Mendozas received from all the staff there made a very difficult time more bearable for us all.

We felt that this charity would be one for which Malcolm would be happy to see a continuation of support in his memory.
