This year i will be hoping to complete my third kilomathon ( 16.2miles ) on sunday 20th march , down in my home county of east midlands ( yes, i'm from englandshire, not australia...he..he!!)

Now it only seems right that this year, running in derby, that i should raise money for a local charity down there. This one being Rainbows: a hospice for children and young people.

It would be fantasic, and very kind of you guys if you could part with a small donation of your hard earned money, and find time in your busy lives to sponsor me.

I'm training hard for this one ( 5 days a week ), my sunday long runs are up to 14 miles. I hope to get a new p.b.
