We provide specialist care to children with life-limiting illness

Story

On 29 June 2019 the Mallusk Harriers will run 24 parkruns in 24 hours to raise much needed funds for the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice.

The Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice is a local charity providing specialist respite, symptom management and end of life palliative care to over 300 infants, children and young people living with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses both in the family home and in the Children's Hospice in Newtownabbey.

They support children and their families through a range of services. These services include end of life care, care at home, respite breaks, where children and families can enjoy tailored activities in a safe environment with specially trained staff on hand at all times and care for the whole family.

Please help us - to help them - to help those families in the greatest need.

Please dig deep and we have no doubt that the generous supporters will again rise to the challenge and be able to spare a pound or two or three...….oh go on then, let’s make it paper notes worthy...!

The club received so much support from local clubs and local parkrun participants in 2017 we are again hoping to encourage those runners and supporters out in 2019......let’s make it big!

Thanks for your support
