Many of you will know that I have raised money for Prostate Cancer UK before, but not many of you will know that since then two of my close friends have been stricken by this cruel condition.

The club that I ride with - Malvern Hillbillies - are undertaking a coast to coast ride from St Bees to Robin Hoods Bay in May, and together with them I will again be rattling my collection tin.

So please donate generously so that more research can be done into prostate cancer.
