As Kenya Director for HFTN I have visited Turkana many times and am well aquainted with the Children's Homes, Orphans  and School that we support in Katilu village.

During the past few years, many displaced people have made their home just outside Katilu. Now many others are travelling great distances seeking help in this time of famine. All the people are suffering.

We want to raise £20,000 initially to bring help to 700-800 people in Katilu and the surrounding area, We have some very good people on the ground known personnally to me for over 10 years. I know that all the money raised will go to purchase food and get it to the people who need it most.
