Dry January · 16 January 2016

The MS Trust is a UK charity which is here to help everyone make sense of MS. We are here for everyone affected by MS, from the moment of diagnosis and throughout their journey. We're here today, tomorrow and every day after that.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year I was delighted when SE Fitness announced that their nominated charity for 2016 would be the MS Trust. This is a charity very close to my family's heart, because in September 2013 my husband Richard was diagnosed with this cruel disease.

Multiple Sclerosis effects people in many different ways and no two people share exactly the same symptoms.  However what they do share is the knowledge that at the moment there is no cure and that all sufferers and their families face an unknown future.

Therefore I decided to pledge the money that I would otherwise have spent on alcohol during January to the MS Trust to help them in their quest to improve treatment, hopefully find a cure and support victims of this illness. Please feel free to join me.
