Winston’s Wish is a fantastic charity who offer support to children and young people after the death of a parent or sibling.  They have a freephone national helpline and provide specialist bereavement services, I know their help is invaluable during the worst possible times.

The Chiltern Challenge is in July and is a 100km circular route starting and finishing in Henley, via Princes Risborough . We will be walking The Ridgeway, Icknield Way and Chiltern Way with over 1800m climb.  There will be checkpoints with food and drinks and facilities, but there will be no stopping for sleep, we will be walking through the night!
