AIS & Partners are about to embark on another charity cycle ride, it is most likely the majority of the donors we are reaching out to will know this is not the first time we have embarked on a venture of this nature and in doing so raising funds for some great causes. 

Back in 2019 (before the dreaded covid, if anyone can remember that far back) we did the same ride (London to Amsterdam) in aid of CRASH and raised a whopping £7,600

It’s also worth mentioning that in 2020 we did the 2.6K challenge, due to covid but not deterred this was undertaken around the backdrop of chiltern hills! 

But getting back to our 2019 challenge, an integral member of that team was our trusted support vehicle driver Andy. 

Andy hit it off with all the team from the off, providing help & support to all of the cyclists, always on hand and nothing was ever too much trouble, that was Andy! 

Unfortunately we lost Andy to cancer in 2021. Andy was not only an integral part of the charity cycle ride but an extremely well thought of member of the MANSTAL family and has been sorely missed by all the team. 

It is for that reason (thanks to AIS and their initial suggestion) this years charity cycle challenge will be in memory of Andy Henderson. 

As we all know cancer affects us all and by donating you will help fund pioneering research in areas such as breast cancer, bowel cancer, lung cancer and many more other areas.
