3 days, 3 men, 3 bikes. 

As we are all turning 30 this year we have decided to do something for charity - while we still can! On 12 July 2012, we will begin a 3 day bike ride covering 120 miles from Redditch to Cardiff in aid of the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation (www.roycastle.org). Those of you who know me will realise that it is a worthy cause very important to my family and I, and both Tom and Dave have been kind (or stupid) enough to agree to join me on this challenge.

Having only purchased our bikes 2 weeks ago, this will be a big test for us all but we are training hard and any donations, big or small, will spur us on to keep cycling!

Padded shorts and pain killers have been purchased so bring on the challenge!
