It's Brighton Half Marathon time again! This year I am running with Kathy again and we've decided to raise money for The Sussex Heart Charity. During my time as a cardiac rehab nurse I've worked closely with The SHC - they do amazing work and I really wanted to support them to help us all achieve better cardiac healthcare for everyone in Sussex.
