Adeg y Pasg 2016 cafodd ffrind gorau fy mab 5 oed ei ladd mewn damwain car erchyll. Roedd Ambiwlans Awyr Cymru yn hanfodol wrth gyrraedd y lleoliad, ceisio achub ei fywyd a'i gludo i'r ysbyty. 

Felly, os gwneud rhywbeth mor ddwl a hunanol â rhedeg marathon, hoffwn i wneud hynny gan godi arian at yr elusen teilwng yma tra'n cofio'n annwyl am Ned y bachgen hapus fydd, er ei golli'n rhy ifanc o lawer, yn parhau'n ffrind oes i fy mab.

During Easter 2016 my 5 year-old son's best friend died in a terrible car accident. Wales Air Ambulance were essential in reaching the location and attempting to save his life whilst transporting him to hospital.

So, if I'm going to do anything as stupid and selfish as training for and running a marathon, I'd like to do that whilst raising money for this important charity. I also would like to use the race to remember Ned fondly - the happy child that whilst taken too young, will forever be my son's friend.
