Virgin London Marathon 2015 · 26 April 2015 ·

The Lullaby Trust exists to keep babies safe and to keep grieving families supported. We fund life-saving research, empower families with expert baby safety advice and support grieving families through their darkest days. We won’t give up until no baby dies suddenly or unexpectedly.

Story

I am running my second London marathon in April 2015 and as if training for and running a marathon wasn't a big enough challenge I've decided to run in fancy dress....dressed as the Mona Lisa! Possibly one of he best fancy dress outfits I have ever owned, Mona got quite a Lot of attention at my friends hen night at ascot so I thought she could help me raise money for a very worthy cause.....the lullaby trust.

The Lullaby Trust provides specialist support for bereaved families, promotes expert advice on safer baby sleep and raises awareness on sudden infant death. They support research to understand why 600 babies a year die suddenly and unexpectedly in the uk. They run an information line for parents and a dedicated line for bereaved families.

Jonny and I have been so blessed with our three children, i could only imagine the heartbreak that too many families have to go through every year in the UK.  This is my way of helping them.

Help me (and Mona) by donating to the Lullaby Trust and keep me smiling round the 26.2 miles!

I'll be running all of my training races as Mona including the Bedford Half Marathon, The Folksworth 15,The North London half marathon and the Watford Half Marathon. I even plan to do the school run every day in the week leading up to the marathon!

thanks so much for your support, it means a lot to me and Mona!
