Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Our children are in their reception year at Salusbury Primary School, Queen’s Park, London. Like many state schools in London, Salusbury School has an incredibly diverse intake of children from many different backgrounds, but it also has a fantastic community spirit; the children who attend the school are happy and confident. The school has little outdoor space and is only able to offer its pupils a limited amount of physical education per week. We believe that physical education is a crucial part of a child’s development. So we have decided to run the London 10K on 1 July 2007 to raise funds to enable our school to provide more sporting activities for all of its 660 pupils.
