Craig runs for Helen

On the 8th November 2017, Helen lost her brave and courageous battle to cancer. She was an amazing lady who's smile would light up a room and she will be very sadly missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know her.
For the last 3 weeks of Helen's life she was at Mary Steven's Hospice and the care and support she was given was second to none. They were amazing to not only Helen but all of her family and friends.
Mary Stevens is run through the support of the local community and it costs around £2.9 million a year so I am going to run at least 5K every day in 2018 to try and give something back and for a way for Helen to be remembered. It costs £7671 a day to keep the hospice running so that it what I am hoping to raise.
This will mean me running at least 1168 miles in 2018, I will run at least 5K (3.2 miles) every day and will also throw in some longer runs and will be completing half and full marathon's.
