In January 2022 Michael had a conversation with a friend about suicide. He tallied up that 14 of his friends had either planned or attempted suicide. Strong men who nearly lost everything. 

But why? Lots of reasons but one thing that was a running thread... each suffered in silence.

Unable to speak about their traumas, problems and psychological health many decide to end it once and for all. Thankfully pretty much all of the 14 have now spoken (many on the Declassified Podcast), sough therapy and continue to live and now thrive. But many men across the country do not and many needlessly suffer. 

This is why Michael and Glenn (with the support of others) are pushing and pulling 75kg, 26.2 miles. This is a solo attempt and symbolises the day in the life of someone close to suicide. 

 This endurance challenge will be conducted in silence (no music, no podcast, no TV, just our own thoughts). 

We are suffering in silence to raise funds and awareness so others don't have to. 

Our fund-raising target is £800. Or the equivalent of 100 potentially life saving phone calls to CALM (See below)
