HLCC RUNNING CLUB - £2000KM CHALLENGE

Welcome, everyone! 

HLCC and its associates have decided to try and raise £2000 by running 2000km in the month of May. The appropriate distance was calculated after an assessment of the horrendous condition of some of the 23 participants, coupled with the slightly less appalling condition of some others. In appreciation of the heroic effort of its workforce, all money raised will be donated to the NHS. 

Though 2000km is the official target, we promise to run as far as our broken bodies will take us. We will try to keep you all updated through social media and would warmly welcome any support you can provide, be it through donating, sharing, or hurling abuse at Mike whilst he’s running

THE RULES

• There are 23 people involved in the group that will be attempting the challenge and a team sheet can be seen below. (Approx 87 KM per person over 31 days)
• All runs must be recorded with GPS tracking/mapping like Strava and Map My Run in full and no pausing is allowed (We know the ones)
• Recorded runs will be logged in a spreadsheet by HLCC Running Clubs data manager Tyler Eiselt and daily updates on the total will be given accordingly.
