Today I completed my first Olympic distance triathlon 1500m swim 28:37/40km cycle 1:15:43/10km run 48:36 total with transition 2:35:58. 

It was a truly fabulous day the weather was a true Indian summer and having my friends Phil his wife and my personal trainer Neil to support me made the day even more fun. 

A massive thank you to everyone that supported me allowing me to dedicate this race to Phil and all the other patients supported by the WLKPA I know all your very generous donations will be go to giving people a better quality of life that they rightly deserve.
