Story

Today I completed my first Olympic distance triathlon 1500m swim 28:37/40km cycle 1:15:43/10km run 48:36 total with transition 2:35:58

It was a truly fabulous day the weather was a true Indian summer and having my friends Phil his wife and my personal trainer Neil to support me made the day even more fun.

A massive thank you to everyone that supported me allowing me to dedicate this race to Phil and all the other patients supported by the WLKPA I know all your very generous donations will be go to giving people a better quality of life that they rightly deserve.

In addition to all those who gave money to WLKPA thanks to:

My wife Audrey for enduring my time for training and endless reference to the Brownlee Brothers;

My personal trainer Neil that has put me to the test time and time again;

Rob and Minnie's generous sponsorship of my carbon racing bike;

My colleagues at Jefferies who supported me with many words of support and sponsorship;

Bernie who keeps my me organised enough to find the time to train;
