On the 11th may 2019 I'm running a 20 mile assult course which consists of 200 obstacles in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

All money raised goes to a well know charity 💜THE LEON HEART FUND💜

The leon heart fund provides defibrillators for schools and sports clubs in and around the Swansea valley as well as helping families with their expensive funds (transportation, accommodation) when their children are poorly in hospital.

The funds raised also provides holidays for the seriously ill children so they can go on holiday with their families.


Sudden cardiac arrest can happen at anytime to anyone, anywhere. It can affect us all in our life time.
