I'm back and running the London marathon to raise money for Action Heart.

 

Action Heart is a registered charity providing rehabilitation for post heart attack and heart surgery patients throughout the West Midlands area.  They are an independent organisation based at Russell's Hall Hospital and look after more than 700 patients at any one time.

 

I know times are tough at the moment but any cash you can spare will help support their programme and the great work that they do.
