Im taking part in my first Strongman competition November 3rd 2019 and raising money for Mind a great charity who helps lots of young people qho suffer with Mental Health, I have chosen this charity as i myself suffer with anxiety and depression and I know how hard it is to ask for help and want to raise money to help these guys still be able to help more people in the future

I have suffered with depression for around 12 years, for the first couple years i felt like i was on my own, I was put on anti depressants a couple of times but I felt worse so i stopped taking them, my uncle got me to help him in his garden and to chat, roll on to 2016 when i met a great person called tracy who i told i wanted to join the gym but didnt have the confidence too, so she signed me up and told me to come along to a gym class, and over the last 3&1/2 years ive got stronger mentally and physically, and have met the best of friends, like a lot of people who suffer from Mental Health issues, i still have bad days, 

November 3rd is my the date of my first competition, hopefully will be first of many in the near future
