In September 2023 the challenge is to get our salvaged Ford Focus to Barcelona and back to raise funds for Martha Trust , a charity that provides care for those with profound disabilities and multiple learning difficulties as well as essential support to their families..

Having been off the road for quite a few years there is plenty to do but we have been assured that we won’t find a more reliable chariot and as the winner of the 1999 European Car of the Year Award its surely is the only choice .

Our aim is to raise £1500 and get our names listed among the great Focus drivers in history; Colin McRea, Carlos Sainz, Markko Martin, Jeremy Clarkson, and Lilly Allen. It’s not a race….but it’s definitely a race!
