Story

The Air Ambulance just celebrated it's 5 yr anniversary this year. It costs 2 million a year and depends on public funding. It is called out on average twice a day with a quarter of those calls going to road traffic collisions. I'm passionate about this charity particularly as we live in such a rural area, which means that the air ambulance can anywhere in the country within 30 minutes, time that is crucial in saving lives, limbs and brains. Another reason why I am so passionate about our Air Ambulance is that unfortunately 31 yrs ago my Dad had a motorcycle accident causing life changing injuries and we didn't have this service then, so it's vitally important to support this charity to ensure we continue to have it in the future 🙏❤️
