Story
I was first diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2009 and had 35 days of radiotherapy. It returned in 2012, just after the London Olympics, and while it has spread to a few other areas of my body, it is being managed expertly by the Royal Marsden. With this being the 10th anniversary of the London Games, which were a career highlight for my late wife, the trailblazing sportswriter Vikki Orvice, and with the March for Men taking place on the Olympic Park, it felt like a sign for me to do my bit in helping other men. I know these are tough times, but please sponsor me and support the work of Prostate Cancer UK if you can. Every little helps.
