Story
D.E.S. GROUP - MARCH FOR MENTAL HEALTH
From the 1st of March until the 31st of March The D.E.S. GROUP and its partners will be taking steps to support mental health.
Our staff and partners will be walking throughout the month of March to raise money and awareness for this very important cause.
1 in 4 people will experience mental health issues each year in England
1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem in any given week in England
D.E.S. GROUP recognizes that talking is a very important part of reducing the stresses of everyday life so we plan to walk and talk every day in the month of March and we welcome you to join The March for Mental Health.
What you can do to help….
All we ask is for you to take some steps in the month of March, this could be a walk around the block or a hike up a mountaintop, we aim to hit the highest amount of steps to see how far around the globe we have traveled.
We understand not everyone will be able to walk for this cause, and that is okay! You can still get involved. Talking about mental health and raising awareness for Mind 2 Muscle is our aim!

We are raising money to support the following charities:
- Mind 2 Muscle - A Fantastic charity changing the lives of those living with neurological conditions.
This charity has transformed the life of a brilliant employee at D.E.S Group - Chris Lambert. We know this funding will help benefit so many others.
