In 2010 we embarked on a new event at Florence Crittenton. The goal was to raise awareness, recruit new volunteers and raise a little bit of money. The event was affectionately named "Support Our Girls" in honor of a small fundraiser a Board member had done with her friends to raise funds to purchase undergarments for our clients. Today, 10 years later the event is Florence Crittenton's 2nd largest fundraiser, bringing together almost 200 people and raising over $20,000. Due to the pandemic and in consideration for the safety of our community, we have moved the event virtual this year. While we may not all be together in one room this year, the community we are building to support our young mothers as they embark on their journeys of healing and fresh starts is as important as it's ever been!
