I'll be running as many 4 mile laps as possible in 6 hours, back and forth over the Humber Bridge, in the hope of raising a little sponsorship to contribute to the DEC humanitarian appeal for Ukraine, which unites 15 charities in supporting refugees and those affected by the invasion.
