Thank you for taking the time to
visit my JustGiving page. I'm Roger Muñoz, and I'm excited to announce that I'll be running the Adidas Manchester Marathon with the support of Snappy Runners. This will be my first marathon ever, and I'm training every week to ensure that I complete it.

As someone from Venezuela, I know first-hand how difficult the situation can be over there. Unfortunately, my father recently passed away due to complications after a stroke and poor health
conditions in the country.

This is a common occurrence, as basic medical supplies like antibiotics are scarce. That's why I'm running this marathon to raise funds for Care Venezuela, a charity that provides humanitarian aid to vulnerable communities in Venezuela.

Care Venezuela collects basic supplies, such as medicines and food, in the UK through donations, packing, and shipping them to the country. The charity then distributes these supplies to the most vulnerable communities through their local NGOs partners and volunteers on the ground. Throughout the years, Care Venezuela has built a trustworthy reputation within a great community that supports them both in Venezuela and the UK.

No donation is too small when someone is in real need. For many Venezuelans in remote areas, feeling cared and loved has a significant impact on their lives.
