This October, I'm taking on the 100 Miles in October challenge in support of the National Autistic Society.

I had the privilege of working with neurodivergent people for many years and loved the wonderful people I met. I know they and their families need support.

The National Autistic Society supports the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families through specialist schools, campaigning for better rights and services, and helping organisations become more autism friendly. Their work is transforming lives and changing attitudes every day.

Any donation, big or small, would mean so much. Friends and church family supported this charity so generously last year. I’m hoping we can continue to support the National Autistic Society's work to create a society that works for all autistic people and their families. Thank you for your support 💜
