In the absence of the Leigh Lights event we're getting together (from a distance) to kick off Christmas! Grab the tinsel from the loft, untangle those Christmas lights and decorate your windows and trees. We'll step outside at 6 pm on 28 November to switch on lights and give a wave to our neighbours. Mince pies strongly encouraged!

We're collecting for the Southend Emergency Fund (Financial donations) and Southend Food Bank via Leigh Road Baptist Church. You can donate with Gift Aid via this fundraising page or look out for collection buckets on the night and leave food donations at ends of paths to be collected safely from 6 pm that evening.

We are helping the Southend Emergency Fund, which is the one central fund, collect donations to help people in need across Southend-on-Sea effected by the Coronavirus. 

Over the coming days, weeks and months they will channel your donations through the network of local charities and projects which work in the heart of our communities. Making sure the help reaches the families and individuals in need.
