The 30 Before I am 30 Challenge · 23 February 2014

No parent expects to live longer than their child, but for many of the families we support, this is a reality. Julia's House, the Dorset & Wiltshire Children's Hospice charity provides frequent respite care for children and support for their families at home, in the community and at our hospice.

Story

The time is nearly up, over the last two years my life has changed dramatically. I got married, brought a house, changed career, adopted a dog and slowly but surely became an adult! Something I am very proud of is the fundraising I have completed for Julia's House. In total including the plane pull and two 5k races, I have raised £2,600.00. I still have ten challenges to complete and am looking forward to the challenge continuing over my thirties. Julia's House will always have a place in my heart and I feel sure that after my 30th birthday on the 1st December 2016, I will continue to support them in some manner over my lifetime.

Thank you to everyone that has donated, given up their time and supported my journey.
