I've increased the tri distances!!!!

I'll be swimming 750m towing John, cyling 20k towing John and then running 5k pushing John

Then to boggle all our minds John will walk the last bit in his walking frame!!!!!!! This is thanks to his amazing teacher Jo  at Saxon Hill who like us looks at John and just sees all his potential :-)  (thank you Jo XXXXXXXXXXX)

Andrew will swim with me to make sure John is OK through the swim, he's a much much better swimmer than me, then he will run with me because that's when I will need all the support I can get ;-).

I made a good friend in Stephan last year doing this event who enouraged me throughout, got me open water swimming and lent me a suitable kayak for John, and he's lending us one again this year.
