I'm running the 2020 Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay Run on Sunday 29th March.
The old me never enjoyed sport and keeping fit. I did virtually no physical exercise since leaving school, many years ago! Everything changed when I started a weight loss journey in January 2018. Soon after, I started sessions with a personal trainer, then joined in with fitness classes. I relearnt how to ride a bike and joined an informal Couch 2 5K running group. I successfully completed Canalathon 2019 and went skiing in France so when work colleagues signed up for this 10K, I had to join them and set myself my next challenge!
