I'm trekking the Inca Trail in September 2018 to raise as much money as I can for Cancer Research Wales.

My fundraising target is £4,000 - and I need your help to reach it.

All of us will have known someone affected by cancer. My paternal grandmother died after contracting stomach cancer, and a friend and colleague died of bowel cancer.

I have other friends and colleagues who are in recovery from the disease.

Cancer Research Wales is funded solely by charitable donations and does vital work in developing tests to catch the disease at an early stage - a particular problem in Wales.
