Maria Fidelis Sponsored Walk · 15 November 2019

Our vision is of a society where street homelessness no longer exists, and everyone has a place to call home. The Passage is based in Westminster, providing practical support and a wide range of services to help transform the lives of people who are, or are at risk of, street homelessness.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

This year the FCJ sisters and our school as part of the FCJ family are celebrating the Bi-Centenary of the founding of the order. One of the overarching themes for this year of celebration is acts of kindness. With this in mind, as part of our Founder’s Day celebrations, we will be moving our annual sponsored walk around Regent’s Park forward and it will now take place on Friday 15th November.

We hope that this will be both healthy and enjoyable for the pupils, whilst at the same time raising much needed funds as an act of  kindness for The Passage, which works to support homeless people in London.

Charity is an important part of our school ethos.  In our world today it is easy to feel as though there is nothing we can do to create change.  We want our pupils to feel empowered and to understand that a good deed, regardless of its size, will have an impact.
