Story

Hi everyone! My name is Mariama Ciré, 24 year old from Guinea. I am a current 3rd year Law & Criminology Student. 

I currently live in England, West Midlands. I grew up in Belgium precisely Brussels. 

I’m a hardworking and ambitious person that can overcome any obstacle that will be on my way and looking forward to give my best.


Thus, one of my experience was being a class prefect during 3 years and represented my class at the Conseil Citoyen (C.C) and Working for a humanity project. 
Yet, I was honoured to be the first ambassador of another project too, named Ecole Communautaire Entrepreneuriale Consciente (E.C.E.C) with Canadian's schools for an exchange. My school was the first to participated in this project in Belgium and in Europe.

I have always been motivated and passionate about helping children or others, precisely when it comes to their education or schooling. 


Today I’m coming with my project which is building playgrounds in schools in Uganda next summer and I believe each of us in this world can put a smile on a child’s face. 

Our mission is to ignite every disadvantaged child’s potential through the power of play! In many communities across the world, play is not seen as a priority, despite it being one of the fundamental rights of a child. By increasing access to play and education, we support the long-term health, well-being and employment prospects of children, empowering them to map their own paths to brighter futures. Play gives children their childhoods back, and we believe that every child, everywhere, deserves to enjoy the benefits of play.

However, our team of volunteers and I will be heading out to Uganda this summer 2021 to assist with transforming an empty field at a local school into an exciting new playgrounds bursting with colour and fun, leaving a legacy for children to learn and develop essential life skills and nurture their physical, psychological and social development.
