I’ve had the privilege to volunteer and witness GRACE grow and access larger populations, constantly being at the forefront of aftercare in East Dunbartonshire, since January 2019. GRACE is a small and vibrant charity, where people support people during the critical transition between having completed recovery from whatever challenge life has thrown at them to having gained back their confidence and living a meaningful life with enhanced skills and resilience. During these turbulent times, it is imperative that we turn our attention to our local communities and support each other. This is why I am doing the Kiltwalk. I am fundraising for GRACE to help them keep doing what they are best at: give hope to the ones who need it most in East Dunbartonshire. No donation is too small for a cause like aftercare.
