SKT Welfare is a UK registered charity & international NGO established in 2008, dedicated to the delivery of humanitarian aid & socioeconomic solutions regardless of race, political affiliation, gender or belief. Our aim is to help relieve the suffering of the world’s poor communities

Story

Since the Syrian uprising in 2011 many families have been forced to flee their homes and seek refuge in neighbouring countries, left to face dire conditions and poverty. Turkey hosts the highest number of Syrian refugees and remains an oasis in the middle of an unstable region beset with conflict.

On 13th August 2018, I will hopefully be travelling with a bunch of SKT Welfare volunteers to Reyhanli, a Turkish town near the Syrian border. In Reyhanli alone there are estimated to be almost 80,000 externally displaced Syrian refugees.

Anything you can donate will be much appreciated, Zakat and Sadaqah too. The money will enable me personally, to pack and deliver food parcels which will be distributed to those in need. We'll also be visiting The Springs Of Hope Orphanage, schools, medical centres and spending time with locals.

All travel costs will be self funded and SKT Welfare operate a 100% donation policy, therefore EVERY penny of your donation will go towards the delivery of humanitarian aid to those in need.

Thank you for the support!! If you have any questions please ask (:
