We cannot express our gratitude to everyone involved with our family during Dad’s  final days and I sincerely hope that City Hospice and affiliated MDT continues to be available to those in need. 

The City Hospice nurses and counsellors provide an essential service to those who need it most. The team support families through the most difficult of times and by maintaining the best quality of life. 

The charity is partially funded by the NHS, and still needs to raise over £1.5m a year to deliver a service.
