I am walking a section of the South-West Coast Path with my friend David Palmer, facilitated by Holly Palmer who will feed us and drop and pick us up each day. We are aiming to walk from Minehead to Bude in 2 weeks, an average of around 8 miles a day (a big ask on the coast path for us oldies!) 

Dai spent his last days in the Weldmar inpatient unit where the care was second to none and I hope to contribute to its upkeep where I can.
