Hello everyone :)

This October, I'm taking on the 100 Miles in October challenge in support of the National Autistic Society.

Autism is very close to my heart and after seeing this challange online I felt it very appropriate to join in and have some much needed fun!

I am stepping into something new in 2026 and I have decided to take control of my physical health and this is one of the ways I intend to do it. Win! Win!

The National Autistic Society supports the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families through specialist schools, campaigning for better rights and services, and helping organisations become more autism friendly. Their work is transforming lives and changing attitudes every day.
